Lucía and Federico were born in Uruguay but they enjoy every particle of Italian gastronomy, and they share it with great passion and joy.  Fritta pizza was born in the streets, post-war, from the hands of women. Today it's “the food of the poor for the rich of the world”, so together we traveled through a new path. The inspiration was the Neapolitan neighborhood, its worn walls reinterpreted by the urban art of the present; the colors and textures of an air spoiled by the layers of people, clothes, music and aromas of daily life. The mix with the 'Río de la Plata' songs and the Uruguayan tones. The spirit of Il Tulbo is overflow with flavor and street warmy noises.
